·Processing Time: All RTW orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As for MTO, they are processed within 25 days

·Shipping Time:

·International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

·Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

·Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delivery delays.

·Return Window: Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

·Eligibility: Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

·Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-tailored pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

·Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

·Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within the return window.

All of our Made to Order garments are crafted individually for each client, based on your selected sizing and specifications.

·Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Made to Order items.

·We strongly encourage you to double-check all measurements, fabric choices, and customization details before placing your order.
